Training
Apprentices learn real construction skills by working on live renovation projects.
From carpentry and joinery to plastering, painting, and problem-solving, learners build confidence, purpose, and hands-on ability through every task they complete.
Housing
We restore empty council properties into dignified, ready-to-live homes.
Each refurbishment blends skilled craftsmanship with community benefit — transforming neglected spaces while giving apprentices supervised, meaningful site experience.
Apprenticeships
Our pathway guides learners from Level 2 foundations into advanced Level 3 practice.
Through college study, workshop training, and real void-property projects, apprentices gain technical mastery, resilience, and the confidence to move into employment.
